Once installed, Total Adblock will sit in the background of your browser or device and start blocking adverts and trackers straight away. If you want to see if you have it installed, if it’s turned on, or just want to be able to access the setting - follow the below guide for your browser or device.
To see if Total Adblock is installed and to add it to your Google Chrome menu, select the extensions icon at the top right of your browser.
Chrome will display a list of all installed extensions - find Total Adblock and click the Pin, to pin it to the toolbar menu.
Opening the Extensions menu will show all extensions that are currently installed.
To see whether Total Adblock is installed, select menu → Add-ons or press Ctrl+Shift+A together.
If Total Adblock is installed and enabled, it will show up in the list.
To add Total Adblock to your Mozilla FireFox toolbar, select menu → Customise.
In the Customise page, find the Total Adblock logo and drag and drop it on either side of the address bar you want the icon to appear.
By default, Total Adblock will show on the extension toolbar.
If it doesn’t show on the toolbar, it may be within the menu. You can add it back to the toolbar by right clicking the icon in step 2 and clicking on.
